We invite you to take part in a pilot project on the development of a credit facility on the security of intellectual property of technological small and medium-sized companies.
To include your company in the number of participants in the project, please fill out the questionnaire (in the attachment).
The planned lending rates will be 6.5-10%. The loan term is no more than 10 years for investment purposes, no more than 3 years for working capital. The amount of loans is up to 1 billion rubles for investment purposes and up to 300 million rubles for working capital.
The completed questionnaires should be sent to: senchenya@rupto.ru before April 6, 2018.
The project is implemented by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) in conjunction with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
