The Association of Clusters and Technoparks summed up the results of the III National Rating of Russian Technoparks that presents an assessment of the efficiency of the functioning and investment attractiveness of sites for the placement and development of high-tech companies. The rating included 33 technoparks from 17 regions, among of the best – technoparks of Moscow, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk regions, as well as Tatarstan and Mordovia.
The technopark effectiveness was assessed by the Association on the basis of three integral indicators: innovative activity of residents, economic activity of residents, efficiency of activity of technopark management company. In addition in 2017 the rating methodology was improved. A key innovation in the rating is the assignment to technoparks of not specific places, but special indexes depending on the value of the integrated indicator that it has scored.
Regions of Russia in the rating are as follows: Moscow - 9 technoparks, Novosibirsk region - 4 technoparks, Moscow region - 3 technoparks, Nizhny Novgorod region, Mordovia and the Republic of Tatarstan – by 2 technoparks, 11 regions – by 1 technopark.
Leaders of the rating will be awarded in the framework of the II Annual Practical Conference “Industrial Russia 4.0”, which will be held on November 8, 2017 in Moscow.
