Free author’s master class of the managing partner of company “Harmony & Business” Alexander Popov will be held on August 18, 2017 at 2.00 pm in the conference hall of the Technopark.
The master class will be devoted to the topic “How to create a system business that works like a clock and quickly scales”.
Master class plan:
1) What is the system business?
2) Types of business processes in the company.
3) How to make the business work independently?
4) Regulations of work in the company.
The master class will be useful for entrepreneurs planning to expand their business and begin to scale it, as well as for those who open their business.
Participants will be able to:
- learn from which foundations the system business is developed and how to turn your business into a system
- reduce their personal burden, delegate routine tasks and free up time for strategic tasks;
- implement remote management, which ultimately helps to scale the business.

Alexander Popov implemented a project to build the largest plant for the Swiss company Holcim in Russia. He is a resident of the business club “Higher League” and author of effective training programs for staff development.
