German businessmen appealed to entrepreneurs of Tatarstan with a proposal to become the successor of a number in force in Germany of the enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses. The corresponding address was appeared at the disposal of “BUSINESS Online”.
“We would like to inform you about the interest of German enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses in the transfer of existing companies to new owners due to the absence of successor owners. Among the enterprises there are companies in the field of construction, logistics, insurance, wholesale and retail trade, engineering offices and restaurants”, - said in the letter.
It is emphasized that there is not talking about bankrupt companies, but about small and medium-sized Saxon enterprises working with annual turnovers and profit.
Thus, among the areas of work of German companies that are looking for successors are engineering bureaus, insurance and financial services, logistics and transport, a service for making key duplicate, a service of trips on retro cars/old-timers, repair windshields and windows, the compilation and placement on the market the package of documents for admission to employment, retail trade of writing implements, as well as fashion and jewelry trade and tire service.
Recall that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Leipzig Chamber of Commerce and Industry are long-standing partners. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of RT since 2012 has been implementing a dual system of training of qualified personnel in the Republic of Tatarstan, combining the theoretical part, which experts receive on the basis of institutions of secondary professional education, and practical — on the basis of industrial enterprises. In the framework of this program jointly with the Leipzig Chamber of Commerce and Industry, there were organized internships for about 200 Tatarstan people - leaders and engineering-pedagogical workers of educational institutions of vocational education of RT on the topic: “The experience of Germany on the implementation of the dual system of vocational education”. Internships took place on the basis of professional colleges, training centers and enterprises of the petrochemical, engineering and energy industries of Saxony.
