A final presentation of projects enrolled in the business incubator of the Kazan Trade and Economic Technical School has been held today in Technopark “Idea”.
Protection was the result of two months training of technical school students of the basics of sales technologies of innovative product in the framework of the Federal target program of education development for 2016-2020 years under activity 5.4 “Support of innovations in the development and monitoring of the education system” with a project “Establishment of a business incubator for the cultivation of sales technologies of innovative product”.
About 50 students of the Technical School were trained in the internship site of Technopark “Idea”, and studied the activities of Technopark residents.
Today the youth of Tatarstan has presented their projects to experts: sales targets of a phone for visually impaired people, a project of the placing on the market of heated shoes, marketing of implementation plan of tea from the tap and others.
Evaluating the works of students, director of the College of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Worldskillls expert on competence “Entrepreneurship” Olga Silantyeva noted the high level of the projects and invited it to participate in Worldskillls: “Your already realized projects and new areas of activity are very interesting. Unfortunately, this year you will not be able to take part in the championship, but next year we are waiting for you”.
Today Head of Analytics Department of the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Leonid Muravyev has called to participate Tatarstan’s youth in the projects of IVF RT. He spoke about the programs and opportunities that it provides.
Summing up the work, Raziya Savchenko noted that the students have all conditions for training in the business incubator of the technical school: “There is the training program, and we also provide the technological tools. Now it is important to learn and to apply your knowledge in practice”.
The creation of the business incubator was made possible thanks to a victory in the competition for a grant. The aim of the project is the creation of a personnel reserve of specialists for sales of innovative product for enterprises in the real sector of economy of the republic.
The federal government allocated 1.8 million rubles for the project. This amount is aimed at the purchase of equipment and software for the business incubator. 500 thousand rubles, allocated from extrabudgetary resources of the Technical School, were directed on wages with charges, transformers tables and other furniture. 2 million rubles, allocated from the budget of Tatarstan, were used for the purchase of equipment for the Resource Center.
Already in August, the project of creating the business incubator was presented to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the traditional plenary meeting of workers of education and science. The main direction of the business incubator work is the development of sales technologies of innovative product. Software that allows students to create and implement their business plans based on selected options for a specific cause was developed especially for the business incubator. The software allows selecting a certain number of options to calculate the budget of a particular case. The system also offers a list of investors and co-investors of the project. In addition, the software selects a list of steps to start a business, or encourages budding entrepreneurs to seek the assistance to the experts of the business incubator. Part of developed software is already placed in the public domain on the website of the Kazan Trade and Economic Technical School – ktet.ru. Note that the software was developed by the joint team of the Technical School and Technopark “Idea”.
