Awarding by an honorary sign and a diploma of the GREEN ZOOM of Innovative Technopark “Idea”, which has completed the certification process by the Russian system of energy efficiency of real estate this fall, was held on the 9th of December, 2016 in Kazan at the site of the Christmas Summit of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers. Innovative Technopark “Idea” was awarded the Silver Certificate and GREEN ZOOM system sign.
The following innovative and practically useful trends is always a big step and responsibility. So, CJSC “Innovative Technopark “Idea” in 2016 has once again confirmed its intentions in the field of innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan and the increase of innovative activity and investment attractiveness of the region, making its contribution - having passed the certification according to the Russian system of improvement of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of real estate GREEN ZOOM.
Innovative Technopark “Idea” is the infrastructure, investment and socially-oriented project, located in the city of Kazan on the territory between the streets of St. Petersburg and Ostrovsky. The following energy efficient solutions are implemented at the site:
- thermostatic heads on the heating radiator;
- weather-chart coolant supply to the heating system;
- there was achieved a reduction in the flow of hot water in the heating system;
- there was partially used energy-saving lamps;
- there was improved characteristics of translucent constructions and coatings;
- there was used environmentally friendly materials.
According to the results of energy modeling, energy efficiency of the object was 37.62%. Cost efficiency was 29.69% that is equivalent to savings of 914 thousand rubles per year on energy consumption. The efficiency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 32.73%.
“For us, the certification to “green” standards was another important and thoughtful decision from the point of view of confirmation of innovativeness and progressiveness of Technopark “Idea”. In Kazan today is not so much “green” projects, whose energy efficiency is confirmed by the expert, and we decided to join in the process one of the first in order to test the applicability and effectiveness of introducing energy efficient solutions, which are now very much and often said, - said CEO of Technopark “Idea: Sergey Yushko. – The certification by the system GREEN ZOOM became to us a clear process of dipping in energy efficiency sphere, and received certificate became confirmation of the quality and progressiveness of our facility”
Note that at the site of the Christmas Summit of RGMD in Kazan Technopark “Idea” also won the second place in the First conceptual competition Green Awards Concept, passed this year. Previously, the fifth building of Technopark “Idea” entered the rating of energy efficient facilities according to the system of GREEN ZOOM, published on the portal CRE.RU, entering the top five energy-efficient and eco-friendly objects whose energy efficiency was confirmed in practice.
GREEN ZOOM is a professional system for reducing energy intensity and improving environmental friendliness of the objects of civil and industrial construction. Developer of the Russian certification system GREEN ZOOM is a working group under the leadership of the Committee on Energy Efficiency of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers. Currently, the standard is supervised by the “Research Institute for sustainable development in construction” (ANO “NIIURS”).
GREEN ZOOM is a tool of modern design and construction practices that increases the energy efficiency, water efficiency and sustainability of any development project. The second function of the GREEN ZOOM is a system of assessment of energy and environmental efficiency of the designed and constructed buildings. If the project is implemented a particular recommendation and met all of the requirements that must be fulfilled on a mandatory basis, the project receives a certain number of points in accordance with this amount, the building is assigned a certificate: bronze (35 points), silver (45), gold (55) or platinum (70).
