The program “START” aimed to create new and support existing small innovative companies seeking to develop and master the production of new goods, products, technologies or services using the results of own scientific, technical and technological researches, which are at an early stage of development and have significant commercialization potential.
Funding under the program “START” is carried out in the form of a grant, allocated for R & D, to applicants, selected by results of competition.
Physical and juridical persons - subjects of small entrepreneurship in accordance with the Federal Law of 24.07.2007 № 209-FZ - can take part in the competition “START”.
Applications for the competition are accepted until 31 January 2017 through an automated system at: http://online.fasie.ru.
In addition, we inform that the Foundation for Assistance has extended the acceptance of applications under the program “Business Start” until 20 December 2016.
The purpose of the program is to provide financial support in the amount of 5 million rubles, assuming 100% co-financing from extrabudgetary funds to small innovative companies that have completed R & D and planning to create or expand production of innovative products, developed in the framework of the program “Start”.
The program “Business Start” includes funding for the commercialization of R & D (the analog of program “Commercialization” for the participants of the program “Start”).
